p-进曲线的算术基本群的局部截面

摘要
我们研究算术基本群 pi_1(X) 的截面，其中 X 或为光滑仿射 p-进曲线，或为 p-进曲线的形式芽，并证明它们可以（无条件地）提升为尖点阿贝尔 Galois 群的截面。作为推论，若 X 容许紧化 Y，且 pi_1(X) 的正合序列分裂，则 index(Y)=1。我们还给出了 pi_1(X) 的截面由 Y 的有理点产生的充要条件。我们研究中的关键要素之一是：本文在 X 为仿射的情形下证明，X 的 Picard 群是有限的。
