借助可积系统理论中的工具，我们讨论了聚焦非线性薛定谔方程的 Kuznetsov-Ma 呼吸子和 Akhmediev 呼吸子的线性不稳定性。我们利用 Darboux 变换同时构造呼吸子及其关联的 Lax 系统的精确解。我们得到了两种呼吸子的 Lax 谱的完整描述，包括特征值的重数。随后由 Lax 系统的特征函数与广义特征函数得到线性化 NLS 方程的解。虽然我们不试图证明特征函数的完备性，但旨在确定由 Lax 系统在适当函数空间中生成的线性化 NLS 方程的全部解集合。
