设 G 为有限群，设 cd(G) 为 G 的所有复不可约字符次数的集合。在本文中，我们证明，如果 cd(G)=cd(H)，其中 H 为有限简单例外Lie型群，则 G≅H×A，其中 A 为阿贝尔群。这完成了对所有有限简单例外Lie型群验证Huppert猜想。
