如何构造非2的幂长度的互正交互补集？

摘要
互正交互补集（MOCSs）因在通信与雷达中的广泛应用，近年来受到显著研究关注。现有基于广义布尔函数（GBFs）构造的MOCSs大多长度为2的幂。如何构造具有非2的幂长度且集合大小较大的MOCSs，在很大程度上仍是一个开放问题。借助GBFs，本文给出此类MOCSs的新构造，并证明可实现的最大集合大小为MOCS的群大小（flock size）的。
