摘要
高保真 3D 扫描对于保存文化遗产珐琅品、支持文档、分析及长期保存至关重要。然而,传统方法通常需要专业知识和人工干预才能维持最佳扫描条件和覆盖范围。我们提出了一种自动化双机器人扫描系统,通过结合协调机器人操作与高分辨率 3D 扫描,消除对手持或半自动工作流程的需求。该系统将扫描空间参数化为离散区域,实现装配机器人和托盘处理机器人之间的协调运动规划。优化的轨迹规划与 waypoint 分布确保了全面的表面覆盖,最小化遮挡,并在重建精度与系统效率之间取得平衡。实验结果表明,我们的方法在 Chamfer 距离和 F 分数上显著优于基线方法,实现了更高的几何精度、改进的扫描效率以及对专家操作员的更少依赖。
