We study the $H^1$ -projective Banach spaces. We prove that they have the Analytic Radon-Nikodym Property, and that they are cotype 2 spaces which satisfy Grothendieck's Theorem. We show also that the ultraproduct of $H^1$ -projective spaces is $H^1$ -projective. Other results are also discussed.
