摘要
我们找到了局部紧非紧阿贝尔群 上一类非局部薛定谔型算子，对其存在基态。特别地，当算子的主部生成常返随机游走时获得了此类结果。对 的情形（其中 为 -进数域）给出了基态存在的显式条件。
