在本文中，我们引入拟双曲 John 空间（带中心）的概念，并给出判定空间为拟双曲 John 空间的准则。作为一个应用，我们给出一个简单的证明，表明具有 Gromov 双曲拟双曲化的 John 空间在定量意义上是拟双曲 John 空间。这给出了 Heinonen（Rev.~Math.~Iber, 1989）提出的一个公开问题的肯定回答，该问题已被 Gehring 等人（Math.~Scand, 1989）研究过。
