摘要
本文研究了三维修正 Vlasov-Poisson-Boltzmann 系统 Green 函数的点态空间行为。证明 Green 函数在低频下可分解为宏观扩散波和速度为 的 Huygens 波，以及衰减在空间和时间上的奇异动力学波和余项。此外，在基于 Green 函数的基础上，我们建立了该三维修正 Vlasov-Poisson-Boltzmann 系统全局解的点态空间估计。
