摘要
基于近期关于具有广义角截断势的 Vlasov-Poisson-Boltzmann 系统的研究 [3, 4]，本文建立了包含库仑势的 Vlasov-Poisson-Landau 系统柯西问题的经典解的整体存在性。这为该主题提供了一种不同于近期工作 [8] 的方法。
