摘要
本文考虑了时间规范下的 Maxwell-Klein-Gordon 和 Maxwell-Chern-Simons-Higgs 系统。利用当空间规范势处于库仑规范时，其 范数可由相应系统的能量及其 范数控制这一事实，并结合系统的规范不变性，我们证明了这两个系统的有限能量解在该规范下全局存在。
