摘要
本文推导了控制无损系统时所能达到的与性能水平的基本限制。结果应用于摆动方程电力系统模型，表明范数的基本限制随系统中惯量调和平均的倒数而缩放。这表明随着更多可再生能源的接入，电力系统性能可能退化，进一步凸显了亟需新型控制方案以助力能源转型。
