摘要
配送服务经历了技术进步，现在机器人可以直接向收件人配送包裹。虽然这些机器人的设计旨在实现高效的功能，但它们并未专门为人机交互而设计。基于将类人特征融入机器人可能对技术接受度产生积极影响的前提，本研究探讨了人类对具有面部表情的机器人的反应。研究结果表明，拟人化特征与观察到的反应之间存在相关性。
