摘要

在本文中，我们给出首批具有平凡基本群 $\mathcal F (\mathcal N)=1$ 的性质 (T) $\rm II_1$ 因子 $\mathcal N$ 的例子。我们的例子作为群因子 $\mathcal N=\mathcal L(G)$ 出现，其中 $G$ 属于文献中先前研究的两类不同的性质 (T) 群：Valette 在 \cite{Va04} 中引入的群，以及最近在 \cite{CDK19} 中使用 \cite{BO06} 中的 Belegradek-Osin Rips 构造引入的群。特别地，我们的结果提供了一组连续的显式两两不同构的性质 (T) 因子。
