摘要

我们证明了两类区域——平行四边形与等宽域——中Neumann Laplacian第一与第二非平凡特征值的尖锐上界。这尤其给出了A. Henrot、A. Lemenant与I. Lucardesi近期所得平行四边形等周不等式的一个新证明。
