摘要
人们普遍认为，石英等衬底上的单层石墨烯中的载流子密度不均匀性（“电子-空穴坑”）是由靠近石墨烯片的带电杂质引起的。在此，我们通过使用 Kohn-Sham-Dirac 密度泛函方案证明，实际样品中的褶皱足以在大于最先进的扫描隧道显微镜空间分辨率的长度尺度上决定电子-空穴坑的形成。
