二维 B=0 金属-绝缘体相变处的电场标度

摘要
硅中二维电子系统的非线性(依赖电场)电阻率在金属相和绝缘相中都表现出作为电场和电子密度函数的标度行为,这为该系统在 B=0 时存在真正的金属-绝缘体相变提供了进一步证据。与温度标度的比较给出了关联长度指数 和动力学指数 的独立测定值,后者接近理论值 。
