缺陷对DNA寡聚体热变性影响的研究

摘要
我们使用Peyrard-Bishop哈密顿量计算了缺陷对短异质DNA链熔解曲线的影响。缺陷位点上的在位势用一个仅具有短程排斥和Morse势无阱平坦部分的势来表示。涉及缺陷位点的两个相邻碱基对之间的堆积能也被修改。发现计算结果与实验吻合良好。
