异质DNA的变性

摘要
研究了异质序列组成对双链DNA变性的影响。发现由此产生的配对结合能变化对最简单的（Peyrard-Bishop）模型中平滑二级熔化转变的临界性质影响可忽略不计。然而，在采用更真实的骨架刚度处理时，序列异质性被显著放大。该模型产生了与实验中观察到的“多步熔化”相似的特征。
