DNA分子的电导：退相干和键合的影响

摘要
通过将最近发展的唯象统计模型（EPJB {\bf 68}, 237 (2009)）与实验结果拟合，研究了退相干和键合对单双链DNA分子线性电导的影响。DNA分子本身由紧束缚梯子模型描述，其参数来自已发表的从头计算（J.Am.Chem.Soc. {\bf 127}, 14894 (2005)）。与序列和长度依赖性的实验的良好一致性，为DNA中传导的本质提供了线索，同时也为该模型提供了关键检验。
