在最近的一封信中 [Phys.Rev.Lett., 77,4536 (1996), chao-dyn/9609014]，Altland 和 Zirnbauer 声称他们严格证明了（经典混沌）动力学系统与无序（随机）固体之间的完全类比。本评论的目的是表明，事实上，他们的理论未能考虑超出标准随机矩阵理论描述的动力学特征。
