针对电网频率控制的动态负荷篡改 EV 攻击

摘要

在应对气候变化的必要性驱动下,电动汽车(EV)正被部署以利用其减少交通部门排放的能力。这种部署使电网易通过 EV 基础设施遭受攻击。本文从攻击者视角撰写,提出一种通过操纵 EV 充电来破坏电网稳定的动态负荷篡改策略。该攻击基于反馈控制理论构建,即基于线性矩阵不等式(LMI)设计攻击。在建立稳定性度量和控制器设计后,我们针对 Kundur 两区域电网演示了我们的攻击方法。攻击场景包括攻击者控制的 200 MW EV 负荷上限。然而,结果表明,即使有此限制,攻击者也能成功将电网推向不稳定与停电。
