本文是 q-alg/9704011 的续篇。我们将 Drinfeld-Sokolov 约化过程推广到与任意半单李代数相关的 q-差分算子。这导致了相关环路代数上李双代数结构的新的椭圆形变。相关的经典 r-矩阵用 Coxeter 变换显式描述。我们还给出了 q-规范变换的横截定理，该定理推广了 R. Steinberg 的一个定理。
