用 Lerch 函数表示的含对数与指数函数的二重积分

摘要
在这项工作中，作者使用其围道积分方法推导出一个与第二类修正贝塞尔函数相关的二重积分，并用 Lerch 函数将其表示出来。存在一些将某些类型函数的二重积分与常积分联系起来的有用结果，我们不知有通用的文献参考。因此，为感兴趣的读者提供了一份积分对表。本工作中的大多数结果是新的。
