掺杂对Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-delta临界电流和不可逆电场的依赖性

摘要

对YBa2Cu3O7-delta和Y0.8Ca0.2Ba2Cu3O7-delta薄膜进行了临界电流测量,分别采用溶胶-凝胶和脉冲激光沉积制造。两种样品在低温都具有较高的临界电流,其中J_c在过掺杂的Y0.8Ca0.2Ba2Cu3O7-delta薄膜中最大。烘焙研究表明,随着空穴浓度的增加,J_c显著增大,表明最大J_c应发生在过掺杂样品中。通过研究bulk陶瓷Y0.8Ca0.2Ba2Cu3O7-delta样品探测了超导相图中非常过掺杂区域,发现当按约化温度(t = (1 - T/Tc))缩放时,不可逆电场随着空穴浓度的增加而系统性地增大。
