摘要
本文识别了在人-机器人对话语料库中观察到的指令给出方面的风格差异。冗余度与结构（即单意图与多意图指令）上的差异是在无限制或事先指导用户应如何与机器人交谈的情况下自然产生的。研究发现不同风格导致了不同的误解率，且风格差异与个体用户差异、信任度以及与机器人的交互经验之间存在相关性。理解潜在后果与影响风格的因素，可为设计对来自人类用户的自然差异具有鲁棒性的对话系统提供依据。
