Si/SiGe 量子井中弱局域化与金属相的共存

摘要
对 p型 Si/SiGe 量子井的磁阻率测量显示金属行为与弱局域化共存。在金属相中，显著的弱局域化在零磁场附近减弱金属行为而不破坏其本征。对于绝缘相，B≈0 附近出现正的磁阻率，可能与自旋轨道相互作用有关。
