摘要

给出了应变 p-SiGe 量子阱样品的磁电阻测量，其密度经过 B=0 金属-绝缘体相变区域。证明了该相变、高场霍尔绝缘体相变与填充因子 $\nu$ =3/2 绝缘态之间的紧密关系。
