摘要
我们在数值上研究三维无序 Anderson 模型中电子本征态的特征。通过逆参与率的统计分析以及电子-空穴关联函数的数值计算，我们确认在迁移率边以下不存在局域态，在导电带尾部也不存在金属态。我们还讨论了所分析的所有量中观察到的有限尺寸效应。
