摘要

我们给出了非齐次 Calderón-Zygmund 算子在局部 Hardy 空间 $h^p(\mathbb{R}^n)$ 上有界的充分必要条件。随后我们给出了对局部与截断 Riesz 变换，以及由振幅定义的伪微分算子的应用。
