摘要
对于序列比对问题的Bernoulli匹配模型，我们通过将其精确映射到方格上的5顶点模型来应用Bethe ansatz技术。考虑到序列比对问题的阶地状表示，我们通过Bethe ansatz再现了Bernoulli近似下最长公共子序列平均长度的结果。此外，我们计算了阶地成核中心的平均数量。
