摘要

设 $X$ 为服从参数为 $n$ 和 $p$ 的二项分布的随机变量。研究表明，若 $1>p\ge c/n$ ，其中 $c:=\ln(4/3)$ ，则 $P(X>EX)\ge1/4$ ，此为最佳可能的常数因子。
