摘要
本研究首次尝试构建一种回溯方法学，以确定交通系统中的最优政策路线图。具体而言，它考虑了一个乘用车车队子系统，对其演变和温室气体排放进行建模。所考虑的政策决策是对购买电动汽车的货币激励。该过程被转化为一个最优控制问题，目标是最小化国家总预算并达到预期的CO目标。本文给出了一个应用于法国本土的案例研究以说明该方法。此外，还分析了替代政策情景。
