六方氮化硼能量损失函数中的各向异性激子效应

摘要
我们证明了六方氮化硼（hBN）的价电子能量损失函数在动量转移q平行或垂直于hBN层时，在形状、激发能量和色散方面表现出强烈的各向异性。这体现在例如0.7 eV的能量位移上，该位移无法通过单粒子方法捕捉，并且是双体电子-空穴相互作用中强各向异性的一个证明。此外，对于q的面内方向，我们观察到M方向上的-等离子体激元分裂，而K方向则没有，这可以追溯到能带结构效应。
