铁路货物运输运价政策分析

摘要
我们描述了铁路货物运输模型中的竞争均衡。我们将寻找该均衡的问题化简为两个互为对偶的凸优化问题的解。根据 L.V. Kantorovich，我们用拉格朗日乘子解释该模型的最优运输政策。
