摘要
本文首次提出证据表明，蛋白质可折叠性度量指标 sigma=(T_theta - T_f)/T_theta（其中 T_theta 和 T_f 分别为塌缩转变温度和折叠转变温度）也可用于衡量 RNA 序列的可折叠性。文中在从头计算（in silico）设计快速折叠 RNA 序列的背景下讨论了 sigma 的重要性。
