我们证明代数 G-理论在非稳定和稳定动机同伦范畴中是可表示的；在稳定范畴中，我们将其等同于与代数 K-理论相关联的 Borel-Moore 理论，并证明这种等同性与 Quillen 和 Thomason 定义的函子性是相容的。
