癌症化疗逆向疗效悖论的数学视角

摘要
医生们早已意识到，癌症治疗有时甚至会适得其反，即使加剧被治疗肿瘤的生长。本文通过研究由肿瘤及其周围血管构成的系统，提出了对该悖论的数学视角。为此，我们将使用两个已建立的非线性常微分方程组，该模型包含通过诺顿-西蒙假设（Norton-Simon hypothesis）的细胞毒作用以及抗血管生成作用。最后，我们提供了两种理论上的方法，以避免此类异常现象。
