肿瘤学中节律式化疗的数学证明

摘要
我们在数学上证明了，在假设经典药代动力学模型、Emax 药效学模型以及 Norton-Simon 假设的前提下，对于治愈性和姑息性方法，节律式化疗是肿瘤学中应用大多数细胞毒性药物的最佳策略。从数学观点来看，我们将考虑两个混合整数非线性优化问题，其中未知量是给药次数和每次给药的剂量，并在事后调整给药时间。
