告别 MNCS 及类似与规模无关的 indicators

摘要
文中论证表明,均值归一化引用分数(Mean Normalized Citation Score, MNCS)及其他基于与论文数之比的与规模无关的 indicators 并非科研绩效的 indicators。文章给出了将 MNCS 排名与基于生产力指标的排名相比较时所出现扭曲的若干例子。作者为科学计量学界提出如下建议:转向基于科研效率的排名,以取代 MNCS 及其他与规模无关的 indicators。
