George Andrews与Peter Paule最近猜想了2-拉长平面分拆函数模3的幂的无穷同余族。该同余族用经典方法似乎难以证明。我们通过将相关的生成函数表示为一个模函数环中的元素（该环同构于的一个局部化），证明了此猜想的一个精炼形式。
