1/f 噪声与极值统计

摘要
我们研究了具有高斯 1/f 功率谱的系统中信号粗糙度的有限尺寸标度。发现当边界条件为周期性时，其中一种极值分布（Gumbel 分布）作为标度函数出现。我们提供了一个周期性 1/f 噪声的现实例子，并通过模拟证明 Gumbel 分布对于非周期性边界条件的情况也是一个很好的近似。分析了 GaAs 薄膜中电压涨落的实验，发现与理论吻合得非常好。
