我们研究了外部随机扰动作用下的简单系统出现 1/f 波动的必要且充分条件，即粒子在某些轮廓中运动的通量被外部力扰动的功率谱密度。在某些情况下我们观察到 1/f 行为，但仅在特定频率范围和系统参数下才表现为这种行为。
