基于信源极化的只写一次存储器码

摘要
我们提出了一种基于信源极化的新型只写一次存储器 (WOM) 编码方案。通过对待定码字施加信源极化变换，该 WOM 编码方案将信息编码至高熵集对应的比特中。本文证明了所提出的 WOM 码可达到信道容量。WOM 码已在现代数据存储系统（如闪存）中找到了许多应用。
