Thouless 能量 表征了扩散介观导体中与边界条件敏感性相关的众多物理量。当无序强度降低并发生向弹道区的转变时，这些物理量会发生什么变化？在本文的分析中，我们反驳了一个直觉上看似合理的假设，即 作为系统扩散时间的倒数失去其意义，并且通常与无序无关的标度将取而代之。相反，我们发现多种（热力学）可观测量仍然由 Thouless 能量所表征。
