摘要

设 $G$ 为李群， $M$ 为光滑真 $G$ -流形。设 $\pi:M\to M/G$ 为到轨道空间的自然映射。则存在一个PL流形 $P$ 、一个多面体 $L$ 以及同胚 $\tau:P\to M$ 和 $\sigma:M/G\to L$ ，使得 $\sigma\circ\pi\circ\tau$ 是PL的。如果 $M$ 和 $G$ -作用是解析类的，我们可以选择子解析的 $\tau$ ，进而得到唯一的 $P$ 和 $L$ 。
