摘要
我们考虑在 Poisson 系数趋于零极限下具有无应力边界条件的线性弹性板。我们证明在杨氏模量的局部改变下，本质谱中涌现无穷多个特征值，并在一个正阈值处聚集。我们给出了聚集速率与特征值渐近行为的估计。
