摘要
本文以一种新方式构建局部 Morse 同调，并计算拉格朗日问题临界点的局部 Morse 同调。作为推论，我们首次证明：若所有线性临界点均非退化，则它们要么是鞍点，要么是退化临界点，这与之前的结论不同，后者只证明了若所有线性临界点均非退化，则它们是鞍点。
