摘要

设 $\mathscr{A}$ 为一个实射影线排列， $M(\mathscr{A})$ 为其在 $\mathbb{CP}^2$ 中的补集。我们得到了关于 $\mathbb{CP}^2$ 在 $\mathscr{A}$ 奇点处爆破 $\bar{X}$ 中例外除子周围经线之 Randell 生成元的显式表达。我们利用此结果研究含于 $\bar{X}$ 中的 $M(\mathscr{A})$ 的部分紧化，并给出对 A. Dimca 与 P. Eyssidieux 所提出论断的反例，该论断认为此类代数簇的基本群在其 Abel 化有限时必为有限群。
