坐标变换与位置依赖有效质量薛定谔方程的精确解

摘要
利用坐标变换方法，我们求解了一维位置依赖质量（PDM）的薛定谔方程。给出了系统势、能量本征值和本征函数的显式表达式。本征函数可用雅可比多项式、厄米多项式和广义拉盖尔多项式表示。与常质量系统相比，这些可解系统的所有势都多出一个由质量对坐标的依赖所产生的附加项 。讨论了若干质量函数下 的性质。
